Ingredients

1 1/ 2 ounces Cask Aged Gin
1/ 2 ounce maple syrup
1/ 3 sherry
2 dashes orange mandarin bitters
1 dash aromatic bitters
Ice, for serving
Blood orange wheels, for garnish

Directions:
In a cocktail shaker, stir the gin, maple syrup, sherry and bitters with plenty of ice. Pour into a glass filled with ice. Garnish with orange wheels and serve.
